3. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after successful verification (especially for COD orders)
• We may contact you via call or WhatsApp for confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspicious activity

4. Payment Terms

• Prepaid Orders: Full payment required at checkout
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • ₹200 advance payment is required to confirm the order
  • Remaining amount to be paid at the time of delivery

📌 The ₹200 advance is non-refundable if the order is refused or not accepted

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped across India
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary
• Any delays caused by courier services or external factors are not our responsibility

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
• Customers must provide an unboxing video proof
• Refunds/replacements are processed as per our Refund Policy

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipping and contact details
• Be available to receive the order
• Avoid placing fake or non-serious orders

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Minor product variations
