• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location
• Remote areas may take slightly longer

4. Shipping Charges

• ✅ Free Shipping on prepaid orders
• 💰 Cash on Delivery (COD):
  
  • ₹200 advance payment required to confirm order
  • Remaining amount payable at delivery

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp / SMS / Email
• You can track your order in real-time using the provided tracking link

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

7. Delivery Attempts

• Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
• If the order is not accepted or customer is unavailable, the order may be canceled

📌 In such cases, the ₹200 advance (for COD) will not be refunded

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• High order volume

• Do not accept the package if it appears tampered or damaged
• Record an unboxing video after receiving your order
• Contact us immediately for assistance
