1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
Product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact
📌 Unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.
2. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
Change of mind after delivery
Minor color/design variation (due to lighting or screen differences)
Used or damaged products by the customer
Return request raised after 48 hours
3. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders:
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be processed via UPI / Bank Transfer after verification
Advance Payment (₹200 for COD):
This amount is non-refundable if the order is refused or not accepted at delivery
4. Replacement Policy
If your product is eligible, we offer replacement instead of refund
Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue
In case replacement is unavailable, refund will be issued
5. Return Process
To request a return:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share: Order details Issue description Unboxing video proof
Our team will verify and approve the request
Provide return instructions (self-ship)
6. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping
In other eligible cases, customer may bear return shipping charges
